Mr. Jackson is General Counsel and a Managing Partner at West Lane Partners. Previously, he was a partner at Herrick Feinstein LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP where he was the Co-Chair of the Global Finance Practice and was a senior corporate attorney and advisor to, among others, major private equity firms and financial institutions. His practice included (i) M&A and divestiture transactions and (ii) commercial lending, capital markets, restructurings, private placements, and mezzanine financings. His transaction experience includes extensive work in the restructuring/workout space including billion-dollar transactions involving 360Networks and Superior Essex. Mr. Jackson, graduated from Fordham University, B.A., cum laude; Columbia University School of Business, M.B.A., Columbia Law School, J.D., and was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He is a non-voting member of the Investment Committee.
