Mr. Masucci is Chief Administrative Officer at West Lane Partners. Mr. Masucci was the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Louis Berger, one of the largest civil engineering firms in the US and globally.  Mr. Masucci graduated from Rutgers University with a MSCRP in Economic/ Environmental Planning.
